This notice explains how PLUSH SUPREME CLEANING LIMITED ("we", company number 17144669) uses personal information collected through this website.

Who we are

PLUSH SUPREME CLEANING LIMITED, trading as Plush Supreme Cleaning. We serve a 20-mile radius around Colchester, Essex. Contact: plushsupremecleaning@outlook.com or +44 7470 753646.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect: name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in, an optional preferred date, an optional message, and (for commercial enquiries) business name plus optional site-visit and schedule notes. We also log the time of submission.

Website use

We also record anonymous events about how the public site is used: which pages are opened, which buttons are clicked (including Call and email), and whether a quote form is viewed, started or submitted. These events do not include your name, email, phone number or message. They are stored on our server so we can improve the site. We do not send this data to Google, Meta, or other advertising companies.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, prepare a quote, and (if you later book) to arrange a visit. This is so we can take steps at your request before any agreement, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who sees it

Enquiries are read by the person who operates the business inbox at plushsupremecleaning@outlook.com (Microsoft Outlook). That is also who to contact if you want a record deleted or corrected.

Who we share it with

To run this website we use:

• Microsoft, because the working inbox is Outlook.
• Resend, which sends us an email when you submit a quote. That email includes the details you typed on the form. Resend is based in the United States, so those details may leave the UK.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and passes your enquiry to our database and inbox. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Supabase, which runs the database where your enquiry is stored until it is deleted (see below).

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising cookies or pixels.

How long we keep it

Our website database deletes each enquiry automatically 30 days after it arrives. The copy in our business inbox is kept for as long as needed to complete the quote and any follow-on work, then usually up to 24 months unless we must keep something longer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or to restrict how we use it. Email or call using the details above. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will remove the copies we control (inbox and website database), unless we must keep a record (for example a job that went ahead). You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
